At Golden Arches Unlimited, we want you to love your McDonald’s gear as much as a World Famous Fry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth transition through our quality check.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
